  Nikia has been doing my taxes for years now. She is very knowledgeable! She provided me with detailed information regarding my taxes that was foreign to me. She was also knowledgeable about deductions I did not know I could have previous to her doing my taxes. I feel secure and safe with Nikia services. She is very professional, organized and efficient with her work ethics. I have continued to refer her to friends and family, who continues to work with her every year. Nikia provides A1 service with a humble and family oriented business!!

  Filed my taxes last year with them for 2017 and 2016. They changed a lot more then H&R block services were not good. I had to mail off my 2016 on my own. Gave no summary sheets or packet. They couldn't even give me a unused folder for my taxes. I would never use them again wouldn't recommend them to anybody and they should have a full revamp of crew.

  Nikia Tull assisted me with my taxes and not only educated me on many deductions I could use I was not aware of before, but she also gave me a discount, saved me from having to pay Uncle Sam, and even helped to get me a refund. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to get their taxes done and wants to save money. Even if you do your own taxes, I would recommend going to her at least once because she will likely be able to inform you of deductions you may not know you can use to save you more money when you do them yourself the following years. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because she showed up about 10 minutes late and then I had to wait another 10 minutes before going in to get started, not to mention she was chewing and popping her gum (a BIG pet peeve of mine) while she was doing my taxes and I was sitting across from her, which I thought was pretty unprofessional and tacky. Now I will admit I was 10 minutes late myself because I had a doctors appointment right before my appointment to get my taxes done that took longer than expected. However, I did tell them when I scheduled the appointment the week before that I had to see the doctor that morning and that there was a small possibility I would be a few minutes late. I also called to let them know I would be a few minutes late and got an answering machine to which I left a message, but I did not receive a call from anyone that Nikia was running late. Just being honest and giving my compliments and suggestions, but no harm done and overall Nikia did a great job and I was very happy.

  I was considering using this tax company and checked their reviews. Nikia and Sean Tull are listed as the owners. Owners giving themselves 5 star reviews??? Unfairly boosting their rating?? I would think google would have a problem with this so it has been reported.
