  Local mortgage lender, with understanding of the Hampton Roads area, great communication of personal and business needs. Our Loan officer, Joanna was fantastic throughout our process and was prompt when we needed questions answered! Recommend any type of mortgage needs to reach out to CMS as they were terrific through preapproval to closing!

  CMS made my refinancing as streamlined and efficient as possible. They were very quick to respond to my questions and made the whole process painless. It certainly helped that I felt that I could trust them 100% with my financial portfolio and everything was done electronically so no time was wasted in unnecessary red tape!

  Working with Alvin a second time to refinance the same house he walked us through purchasing originally was such a good experience. This was our first home ever and because we loved our experience buying initially, it was a no brainer on deciding to go with him again. He was always available to answer questions (I even heard from him I believe once while he was on vacation and then again immediately when he got back) and made the whole experience as easy as possible. I’m not even local and he worked with us! Anyone I know in the state looking to buy, or refinance like we did, I’ll be sending his way. As a veteran refinancing he got us a GREAT rate in the 2%’s with a great cash out option. If he hasn’t retired by the next time I need the service of a mortgage loan originator, contacting him will be the first move we do!

  Corrina Carter and her team did an outstanding job from the start of my home buying experience to the finish!!! The were always extremely nice and professional, always quick to respond to texts and phone calls, very informative as to the next step in the process, and most of all very caring about me and my family as their clients. It was a wonderful experience working with them, and they made my first home buying experience one I’ll always remember!!

  Our experience working with CMS was excellent. We worked with several members of staff, who were all very helpful in leading us though the mortgage process. Our primary contact, Melissa, was always able to answer our questions and help us with our frequent requests for mortgage estimates. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

  Great experience start to finish. Professional team who answered all my questions, refinance was quick and easy with no issues! Ryan was quick to get the ball rolling and explain the process as well as outline what was required from me. Closing was super simple, very glad I was able to have them handle my refinance!
