  I've been with PCG for going go 4 years and I LOVE IT! My account executive is Kayla Richey and she is THE BEST😘. My rate is very good no other company can beat it. I would definitely recommend PCG.

  DO NOT FACTOR WITH PHOENIX CAPITAL GROUP. Service is terrible you can't get them on the phone. The receptionist won't even answer the phone. This company has hidden fees you know nothing about. When they charge back invoices they never give you your money back when company pays them. They hold your money! THIS IS THE WORST FACTORING COMPANY EVER! Just being for real they don't even deserve a star!

  I've really enjoyed the account representatives at Phoenix Capital Group. They're always ready and willing to help their clients out. I've been in the trucking industry for a few years now and I'm always impressed with their professionalism and kindness - that's rare in this industry! Thanks PCG.

  I am Very satisfied with the services I've received from My Account Manager Kayla she alot like family to me Phoenix Capital Group is a GREAT factoring company they have help me purchase equipment over the years loan me money's to bail me out of situations this is a factoring company that wants to see you make it I'm Very Satisfied with Phoenix Capital Group I've had other factoring companies tey to get me to move but as they always say if it ain't broke don't fix it THANK YOU PHOENIX CAPITAL GROUP!!!   I was reading all the neg. comments and i'm not sue if they have the right CO. I have been with PCG for at least 5 years and they always answer my emails are my phone calls. They have always took care of my Co. if i had any issues. I've worked with several Factoring Co before and PCG is by far the best for my business. I APPRECIATE ALL THEY DO FOR US

  Not good company to work with I am usually calling 4 to 5 times to them just to pick up the phone they’re not returning phone calls and they are cutting invoices money without any explanation till you call them to find out

  DO NOT FACTOR WITH PHOENIX CAPITAL GROUP!!!!!!!! If you are in need of factoring look for another factoring company. This company will charge all kinds of hidden fees, will never answer phone calls, and give you a hard time when you stop factoring. We sent a Service Termination Letter and they agree on sending a Assignment Release Letter which they never did. This is causing delays on our payments. Also, they ask multiple times to call companies to ask when they will receive payment; that was part of there job description but they will pressure you into doing it for them. We took a bad choice don't do our same mistake!!!

  Daisy, we couldn't honor your termination request when it was submitted because there was still a balance owing. Once that balance was eventually paid-in-full, we were able to release your company.
