  Aaron Bennett was the best. He made this process easy and painless. From the first phone call to the last after loan was funded and old mortgage was paid in full was 30 days. He was available, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I've bought and refinanced over 10 times and this time, by far was the quickest easiest and most pleasant!

  Most of the time when I receive a mailer I throw them away. Although I've purchased a couple homes, I had never refinanced. I decided I would inquire with this company even though I had not heard of them before. I'm mostly please with my experience. Logan was easy to talk to and more than willing to answer my questions. His estimate was off by a little bit, but that's been my experience with home loans. I would have liked a little more communication. I don't like having to call people to find out what's going on, but I never got the impression I was inconveniencing him. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend them as a company and Logan as an individual.

  I was a little skeptical at first when I contacted Forthright Funding but I had a feeling my home was worth more than what I was told. So I called one evening and spoke to Aaron Bennet. I knew he was the guy I wanted to deal with within 5 minutes because I called around the time he was leaving the office and he informed me he had to pick up his daughter and he would 100% call me back in the morning. Being a father with a 3 year old daughter I respected the fact that he had his priorities in place and he was going to be honest with me through the whole process. I am a US Navy Veteran that doesn't really know much about all the details of refinancing on a home but he worked with me every step of the way. Even at times when I felt frustrated that it was dragging out a little longer then I thought it would he encouraged me to be patient and things would work out for me. Constant email updates along with personal phone conversations and text messages keeping me posted on the progress and if there was anything I needed to complete. In closing I can say I'm sure everyone has bad days and some people may have bad experiences but Aaron Bennet is a great representation for your company and I'm beyond impressed. This is coming from someone who does not trust easily which I stated day one of this process to him. I appreciate everything Aaron and Forthright Funding. You kept your word from DAY ONE all the way until I signed the closing papers!! I will make sure I spread the word to anyone looking to refinance their home!!

  We got a notice in the mail, and even though we'd been ignoring the tons of similar letters, we called out of curiosity because the interest rate advertised was so much lower than the others. John Kresevic explained everything and kept us up to date throughout the process. We'll definitely call him again if we have any future need to refinance, and recommend him Forthright Funding to friends!

  I received mail saying that this person can help lower the rate on your house. I thought it was to good to be true but I gave my trust in Shaun Quigley and he pulled through. It was an awesome experience and I'll recommend anyone to work with forthright funding. Myself and my family wants to say thank you very much.

  I recently applied for a VA Interest Rate Reduction Loan with Forthright Funding (FF), after receiving flyers from many lenders and much contemplation. I initially applied for the loan on the fourth day of September, and received word that my loan had been funded on the 30th. From what my friends have told me, this is a very short turn around time for processing a loan. From day one, Justin, the Executive Loan Officer who helped me with my loan, explained the process to me and worked with me through every step to keep me informed of the progress. Bottom line: Everything went exactly as he had explained it would. Additionally, my interest rate dropped almost two percent (2%). Justin is very knowledgeable and a consummate professional, and Forthright Funding should feel very fortunate to have him on their team. I would highly recommend Forthright Funding. Also, Forthright Funding has a great rating with the BBB. My outstanding experience with Forthright Funding mirrors the BBB rating, but I would honestly rate them at A+. I might add that I live outside of Arizona, but that was not an issue. Forthright Funding respected me as a veteran, and as a customer. Thanks so much Justin for everything!

  Jesse Lombardo of Forthright Funding did an excellent job for me in helping me to get a VA Streamline refinance of my home. He answered all of my email questions very quickly and was also available to me throughout the process on both his business phone and cell phone.. The new lower interest rate that I got was very good.

  John was beyond helpful through the whole process. I had my doubts and changed my mind a few times, but, he was very patient with me. I did a VA refinance and saved quite a bit. Would recommend to anyone thinking about refinancing or if you just have questions.

  Overall, I am quite happy about the interest rate I received, and the ease with which the application was completed. I would have given John Kresevic, and Forthright Funding 5 stars, if they had provided me with more accurate numbers, before the closing. In my case, I went to closing with one expectation, but received a "surprise" that I walked away from. After walking away from the first close, John addressed my concerns, and did MUCH better the second time. Again, I would have given the overall process 5 stars, for efficiency, and value, had it not been for this one detail. The final outcome was excellent, and I would not hesitate to use John, and Forthright Funding again.
