  I have never had such a positive experience in buying or re financing before !! Everything that was promised was delivered. I ended up with more than a point lower for interest and I already had a great rate :) Michelle Lambros was my Mortgage Adviser. She helped me achieve the best outcome possible. Explaining everything along the way. She was there day and night for questions and concerns. I work a lot of hours so I am sure it was not easy waiting for my answers and input during this process. She was beyond patient and diligent. With humor and a great positive attitude on top it, a GREAT experience !!

  Karen from Creat Mortgage performed flawlessly for us during our recent Refinancing.   James was great he worked hard and got us our re-fi even when others said it couldn't be done. As a small business owner it seems to be hard to find a lender who will work as hard as he did to get our re-fi done. I would recommend James to anyone looking for a hard working great guy.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND RYAN & VALERIE @ CREST MORTGAGE !! If you don't want the runaround, the long wait time, the constant request for docs, then Ryan & Valerie are your peeps!! I worked with a family friend months ago who told me that they couldn't give me the terms that I wanted. They could only give me the terms that they wanted me to have. THAT'S FUNNY! I waited until the rates dropped and Ryan was right there waiting and willing to take care of my refi on MY TERMS!! And talk about LIGHTNING FAST!! WHAT!?! Got to send a BIG THANK YOU out to Ryan & Valerie for being the biggest star in the galaxy. You both rock!!
