  Rouvaun Walker along with is assist Tania Hudson, were like a bridge over troubled water throughout the loan approval process. They were professional, courteous, and informative. When I recognized my previous lender did not have my best interest in mind, my Real Estate Broker, Maggie Gray (GSW Realty) and I started asking around for a lender that was familiar with the Oakland area. Rouvaun name kept coming up as a person of integrity who would seeks out the best interest rates for his clients. I even met a lender during my house hunt who said I couldn’t have picked a better lender to partner with. Rouvaun took the time to explain my loan options as well as address my concerns. Together with his assistant, I was able qualify for a loan with a good interest rate, and now I’m a proud owner of a cute little bungalow in Oakland.
