  Mari and her team provided fantastic service for my mortgage. As a first-time homebuyer, the process was completely opaque to me but she was very patient helping me understand the various steps of the process and, most importantly, explaining why things happened the way they did. She was always very responsive, getting back to me in a timely fashion and letting me know ahead of time when her responses might be delayed. We closed on time.
