  My wife and I recently consulted with Phil Quisin regarding a home equity loan so we could eliminate high interest debt. He explained the options which were available to us so we decided to proceed. Phil did an outstanding job of coordinating everything. From the underwriters, to the banks, title company, etc. he kept things moving forward and kept us informed. Phil got us a very competitive rate for the new loan. Absolutely no hesitation in giving Phil a five star rating. He rocks!

  Our realtor set us up with Phil and we were very thankful for that. Phil was outstanding and very responsive and patient. We had a lot I mean a lot of questions as we are first time home buyers. He really answered all our questions no Matter what time of day, even through text message it was ok! I would Recommend Phil to anyone looking for a lender.

  I found Phil doing a Google search for mortgage brokers in Lodi, CA. After I made a request through his website to be contacted regarding a home loan, I received a call from Phil within a few minutes. I was a first time home buyer and had been looking for someone to go over my finances with me, explain the home loan process, and give me a quote on a rate. Phil was the only person I contacted who took the time to really speak with me in depth about my options and give me a quote based on the information I provided. Other local businesses I contacted would not give me a quote or speak with me prior to me filling out an application that would pull my credit information. Phil even made himself available for a second call with my fiancé to answer some additional questions we had. It was an easy decision to go with Phil for my home loan and I am glad that I did. I ultimately did get a couple other quotes (Bank of America and a local lender) and the rate quote from Phil was the lowest. Throughout the process Phil was extremely responsive, polite, and answered any questions we had. Phil and the loan processor he works with, Tracy, were extremely efficient and the process was completed smoothly and quickly. My home closed within 30 days without issue. We even had the option to close earlier than 30 days because the loan process had been completed early. Additionally, Phil went above and beyond to help us get a good rate and was very patient. I would highly recommend Phil to anyone looking to buy a home or refinance.

  Phil was recommended to me from a family member and I couldn't have been happier with my experience with him as our loan officer. The approval process was painless and Phil was more than welcome to offer any help at seemingly almost any time of day. The market we found ourselves in was red hot with many sellers receiving offers only hours after posting their homes. My wife and I submitted a number of offers and each time we asked Phil for an offer letter he followed through immediately. We ended up having an offer accepted on a home we would soon call our own 2 days prior to the initial Covid-19 shutdown. That initial shutdown and work from home order threw a major wrench in most operations leaving many scrambling to find a way to navigate the current atmosphere amidst an extremely volatile market. Despite these new and immense challenges, you wouldn't have known Phil had such challenges at hand, he was able to secure an extremely low interest rate at a time when interest rates fluctuated by more than 1% in a single week. Aside from securing a loan, Phil and ELS Home Lending worked quite well with our realtor, making the overall experience very manageable at a time of wild uncertainty. Phil has an impeccable work ethic, intimate knowledge of his side of the business, and a down to earth personality that really makes you feel like you have the right guy on your side. I can't recommend him enough.

  My husband and I were going through the process of buying our first home and chose Phil as our loan officer. He was super helpful, answered all of our questions and prompted us when needed to keep our purchase on track. He explained our loan options thoroughly and worked to get us the best rate possible. We could not be more pleased with his customer service and his willingness to go above and beyond. His team was polite and responsive, overall we felt he made our experience purchasing our first home a positive one. I would highly recommend.

  Phil helped with my refinance and was very happy to have worked with him. He went over all the options and programs that were right for my financial situation. I was able to payoff my high interest mortgage along with an interest only 2nd that was just killing my monthly income. I now have just one easy payment and extra cash in my pocket every month. He was ALWAYS available to call or text even during after hours. He's honest and up-front and I definitely recommend Phil to everyone I know.

  I received a recommendation for Phil through my realtor. I had already experienced one lender who was pushy and problematic. When I met Phil I already knew the home I wanted and that I qualified for it. Phil was very pleasant in the beginning. Towards the end of the process I received no communication whatsoever not even after I finally closed on my home. While his personality was welcoming and nice, I could not say the same for his team. I was asked to send paperwork and when I had questions regarding it, I was told that month end was their busiest time and I could not expect immediate responses. However during this time I was off on bereavement and was constantly getting calls about documents that needed to be submitted ASAP. Towards the end of the process, I was told to take a class. No problems. The class would have been helpful had they required it from the beginning and not the end. When I made this suggestion, initially I was told that it was not a big deal. In the end, title informed me that my lender had dropped the ball by holding onto my paperwork. Only to turn around and have title drop the ball regarding the sellers. In the end, none of this matters because they received my business, but a genuine lender and team could have made the entire experience better and less stressful.

  Great guy to work with! It took us about 3 months to find what I wanted, but he was very patient. He was always available via a phone call or answering an email in a timely manner. Took the time to explain all available options and made sure I understood. I personally felt that all decision were made to my benefit. Even after a year, he was available to answer questions. It was a very favorable experience!
