  So far the worst experience that I’ve had with a bank. I called in a day before to make an appointment with a mortgage lender. The appointment was set up for the following day at 4PM. We walked in to the bank we talked to a guy inside the building we told him who we were and that we had an appointment for that day. The guy told us to wait for a second, he comes back telling us that the lender was ready for us. Went inside an office and it turns out it’s was through the phone not even a face to face meeting. Not only was it very unprofessional, but who ever was at the other side was very pushy and just wanted to get thing over with. Long story short, I recommend asking if the meeting would be in person or over the phone. We’ve been with Bank of America for a very long time, we’re pulling everything out just for the fact of a very poor customer service.

  Terrible customer service. Had to just change my name on my account because I got married. They said Iwould have to make an appointment. They didn’t have anything available for 2 days. It literally would have tAken 5 mins to do. Poor customer service. Go to another bank

  Worst service ever. Not going in there in my life. They are racist and not nice to costumers. The lady at the entrance was mean and didn’t help me when I asked her to. Don’t like that branch. Bank oh the west give better service.

  They tell you one thing about your acct. And when you get your statement it was all a lie. I left this bank and went to BBVA Compass Bank where the people are nice and don't lie about their services.

  Never had any issues here. Sometimes the lines can get long and the wait time adds up, but all in all you can get in and out in under 20 mins if you show a bit of patience.

  Just to let everyone know that there is a customer parking lot in the back of the Bank. Becuz alot of people would have a hard time finding a place to park.

  Lots of vehicles in the area drive slow with caution Park carefully!
