  Stephanie Mazzone customer service was amazing. She was very patient and understanding as she created new accounts for me. Despite the circumstances, she was very comforting and I appreciated the professionalism. More customer service reps need her attitude and attentiveness.

  Yeneis was awesome, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. She listened to my needs, and gave me multiple options. I left very satisfied with the outcome. Went so well, I ask her to set up a checking. and savings acct too. Now I can close my other account, and have all banking with GTE. She was very informative, and knew all the answers. Fast and professional, thanks Yeneis, it was a pleasure.

  Yeneis was awesome!!! She was so kind and polite during the entire duration of opening up my business account. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me as a customer and went above and beyond to make sure I was nothing but satisfied! Not only did I get the most welcoming vibes from Yeneis, but also her coworkers were very pleasant and personable while I was inside the bank. What a great experience I had and I am so happy that it was with you, Yeneis! Thank you again for everything! Opening a business account was scary for me, but she made me feel so confident and comfortable! Great job GTE North Lakeland!

  Stephanie was wonderful. She made what was a stressful situation lite and pleasant. She worked with us for over 4 hours closing accounts and opening new ones. The entire time she was jovial and diligent.

  Yeneis went above and beyond to help me finance my truck showed me different options to save me money and a credit rating. She gave me the best rate the first time whereas the other credit unions and banks wanted me to show them something that they had to match. She did everything right the first time. 10 stars

  Stephanie at the GTE Credit Union in N Lakeland is wonderful! She was courteous, patient & absolutely took care of all my questions & concerns. All the employees were friendly & it's a pleasure banking at such a nice place.

  This was the first time i was not agitated. Have been very fustrated with phone service rep passing me from one person to the next. The chat room the same. I had to go to the Lakeland office to get it done. Stephanie Mazzone was very nice she had to do several things. Opened account. Set up recurring payment for credit card and checking. Another thing get rid of automated chat
