  I recently refinanced my home with Egan and PFS Mortgage. This is the 3rd time I have refinanced my home and this experience was the best and most painless! Egan was attentive, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. There were a few hurdles that made this refi a challenge but Egan handled all issues with aplomb! PFS is really the best option if you need mortgage assistance especially with a market as crazy as this one!

  After shopping for a few mortgage lenders, our realtor put in touch with Egan with PFS Mortgage. From the first call I made to Egan till the day of closing Egan has been great to work with. He checked in on us even after the day of closing to see how we settled in. He made the entire process simple and clear. He responded to all of my questions in a very professional manner. He was able to find us the best interest rate (2.75%) for our conventional loan and also suggested when to lock those rates. Moving from Kansas to Connecticut is stressful enough but Egan made our mortgage loan process a breeze. We were able to complete the entire process electronically. I am glad we came across Egan and I would strongly recommend him for your mortgage needs.

  As many of my close friends know... my first home buying process was unconventional. The difficulty and hardships the seller put us through added huge financial and mental stress, not just for my wife and me but for my team... to the point we were going to file legal action. With that being said I am beyond grateful for PFS Mortgage. The deal was only made because of how hard PFS Mortgage exhaustively fought for me. Egan O'Brien fought for us to have this house. Egan was professional, very responsive and so thorough that I knew I was in good hands. Hands down I wouldn’t recommend any other mortgage company if you’re looking to buy a home. Egan Has helped me and several other friends of mine get a mortgage, he was able to get me the best rate around and I will continue to refer him to anyone looking to buy a home. My father's company does mortgages and yet the rate was so low that even my father is using PFS to get a mortgage for his new home.

  Egan at PFS was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He found us an amazing rate and got us into our dream home. He was very responsive and willing to rework numbers over and over as we put various bids in on homes. With such a crazy home buying market right now, we were thankful to have someone who was knowledgeable and responsive. 10/10 would recommend him (as I already have to many)!

  My husband and I have been looking for homes for the last year and a half and have been in contact with a few brokers. Egan is literally the best! I was really impressed with not only his knowledge but how well he was able to convey the complexities of mortgages in an easy to understand way. He takes the time to ensure you are comfortable and checks in throughout the process. It’s clear he really values his professional relationships and takes great care. We’d highly recommend working with him. He was able to get us the best deal and exceeded our expectations with the rate, but had the rate not been the best we probably still would have gone with Egan. That’s how much we wanted to give our business to him. He was also very flexible and giving of his time. We had some complexities with our sale (longer close process, etc) and Egan was able to help us work through things in a seamless way.

  We worked with Egan O'Brien at PFS Mortgage to refinance our mortgage. Not only was he pleasant to work with, but also very professional. Interest rates were lower than anticipated. Egan checked in with us frequently to update our mortgage progress. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Egan and his company.
