  Just purchased a condominium using Deborah and Envoy as my mortgage source. I am so glad I did! It was a tricky short sale transaction and thanks to Deb and her guidance through the various stages of the process, it went through without a hitch.   Kim Casner is truly one of the most professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy people I've ever had the pleasure of working with.   Stay far far away from this company. They caused my closing to be delayed and cost me thousands over the life of the loan by not finalizing the loan terms in a timely fashion. Due to this mistake, the type of loan I had also changed and created over $8k additional closing costs I had to pony up that they never properly estimated. And the icing the cake was that they sold my loan off before I even made a single payment.
