  Audra was amazing from start to finish. She was with me every step of the way. Audra was there to answer 40 billion questions and took the time to go through and explain things to me, even on her own time.   I want to say from day one Audra has been nothing but helpful towards our move, we spoke with Audra early last year in regards to possibly moving and we lost contact after the Co-vid started. After about nine months I reconnected with Audra and she remembered me as if we spoke yesterday. This was a great feeling to have her remember our whole conversation that we had months ago. Audra and her team were very thorough when it came down to explaining everything to us and assisting us when we needed to help. She went above and beyond to make our move comfortable. If I ever have any family members or friends that are interested in speaking with a professional loan processor, I will definitely refer them to Audra and her team.
