  We were having a car trip holiday and stopped in to browse and gawk. The staff were very friendly and let us meander about. It’s a great place to stroll when checking out the old western feel of Longview’s commerce avenue.

  I go to a lot of pawn shops across the Clark and Cowlitz counties. Most often you have to deal with what you get as far as service (none) and cleanliness (none). These guys do it right. They are always professional, and considerate. They are helpful and friendly. The place does not have people that smell like they bathed in a dirty ashtray for hours before they come to help you. I appreciate them and their service attitudes. Definitely go see them.

  Always a good experience when we come in. We buy guitar strings from them. They are always knowledgeable about what they have in store and it's A LOT of things! I have never had a bad experience with them. I notice sometimes when we go in that they are very busy and we are polite and allow then to finish their tasks before asking for help. They do acknowledge we are in the store so we don't mind waiting. People get busy at work and customers are priorities but they have work they have to do too. Courtesy goes both ways and a lot of people are always in a hurry and demand attention immediately. I understand their need to hury but sometimes you need to slow down and be polite too. Love this store. Going in today after they open up to get more strings.

  I called a day before I came the lady never told me I needed to put legs on my tv to bring it due to it was mounted to my wall. All she said bring the tv and legs in. The guy who basically didn’t help us was rude and no I wasn’t pleasant about my service.

  Hi Suave. I apologize for the confusion. We do require televisions to have legs as they will be set upon a shelf alongside other flat-screen TVs. The stand will need to be sturdy and the TV have to be able to stand upright on its own. And, unfortunately, we cannot install the legs for you. Thank you for the review.

  Always friendly service and always willing to help especially during this pandemic fell behind on some bills and was offered enough on my pawn to get it paid when you go get your stuff on time they are more than willing to help and trust you will be back. Thank you for always treating me with respect and dignity its embarrassing to come and pawn when times are hard but you don't make me feel any certain way but welcome.

  This store is super clean, organized, and well lit. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They really have an incredible selection of items and if you only have a chance to choose one shop, this is where you want to end up. Killer movie selection, tools, firearms, musical instruments, leather coats, and electronics. They even have a sweet gas powered bike for sale that someone will swoop up soon.

  DO NOT BRING YOUR GUITARS HERE!!! Brought my guitar in awhile back for a full set up and re-string, I asked the guy if he could tune it half-step down and still maintain the low string action and stop fret buzz, he agrees, I get quoted 40 bucks. When I came to pick up my guitar I was charged $85 and they didn't fix anything, the string action was same height and the fret buzz was still there. They didn't even bother putting it in the tuning I had asked for, all they did was re-string it, I was so disappointed in this place, never again.

  We have been in this store twice and was totally ignored twice. We were not greeted, no one said anything. We were in the store for about 15 minutes. My wife was only in the jewelry section and was looking to BUY a ring, but was never approached or asked if she needed help. The store is overpriced, has no customer service and no need or want to help customers. As we left, we passed at least 3-4 people who again failed to say a word or even acknowledge we existed. One guy did make eye contact as he was tuning a guitar, but no offers to ask if we needed any help. I just have to conclude they don't feel the need to help anyone or make a sale. Sad that we can go into the other stores on the street and get greeted and feel welcome.

I'm not sure exactly what happened that day as we do our best to greet all customers who come into the store ... sometimes we get a little absorbed in our projects and can get a little forgetful! We are always trying to be a little better everyday! Hopefully, if the next time you come in, we'll be a little better.

  I came in looking for a chain saw an was skeptical at best. I wound up purchasing a 460 husky rancher just under a year ago. I use it all the time. Kicks off first pull every time without fail! Good people, great service, an one hell of a service tech. I’m impressed. Thank you PPI

  I've been a loyal customer for 10 or so years,I have taken out loans on items here ,..I have Pawned items here, I have Bought items here , & Even sold my no longer needed items here, I have always been giving Great Customer service,and find their prices to be the Same if not better than other shops I have gone too. I TRUST that my jewelry items are not altered,and my item is not damaged while under their care, I highly recommend this business!
