  Jon was so knowledgeable about everything financial. He was very professional and helpful with all kinds of advice. I asked him if I could adopt him as my son. *smiles* We had a couple of financial issues come up, as we barely qualified for the home of our dreams, and Jon worked diligently to make it happen. He worked closely with us and the Guild team from beginning to end. We are forever grateful to Jon and recommend him to anyone looking for a new mortgage.

  My husband and I went to Jon at Guild Mortgage in Longview when we decided to purchase our first home. He sat us down and explained the entire process to us, letting us know what to expect. Jon made the entire experience much easier than I thought it was supposed to be. He always had our best interests in mind and worked hard to ensure that we ended up in the best situation possible. He was there at any time to text, call or email with questions and concerns. I didn't realize just how much they do behind the scenes to make things happen and how many problems they take care of without you even knowing there is a problem.   My experience with Guild Mortgage was great thanks to Jon Trussell in Longview, Washington. Jon's knowledge and care for our experience being first time home buyers was top notch. We met Jon at a first time home buyers education class. Jon Trussell and Mike Bettineski were a great team ato Guild Mortgage. Jon Trussell was our original loan officer then we switched states WA to OR, and his team member Mike, helped us from there. A seamless transition. They were great!

  This whole process of purchasing our first home has been long and a little frustrating...maybe alot frustrating. Guild was always available to respond to my concerns & talk me through what was going on with all the steps & paperwork. They were very good about communicating with us about what they were doing & what we needed to do to close on our house in the final stretch.

  This is the second time using Guild as my mortgage company. They made buying a home easy for us. Anytime we didnt understand or had a hundred questions mike was there to answer and reasure us. I recommend them to everyone not only because they were great people but they work with everyone and if they cant help you, they will point you to someone who can.
