  Bishoi, Tom, and the rest of the Petra Cephas team are true professionals in their field. Working with Tom was a truly helpful experience since I learned so much about the home buying process through him. He walked me through every step of the process, explaining things to me several times until I felt comfortable, and was always readily available to speak over the phone or email. Very timely with responding back to me and was honest with me about my expectations. He was able to find me a reputable lender in a timely manner since I was under a tight timeline to close on my place. I would highly recommend working with Petra Cephas!

  I'm a little late reviewing Petra Cephas, but that's not a testimony to just how wonderful Bishoi and his team were in helping me with my first home purchase back in August. We moved from NY to NJ and were looking for 2 years before we found our home. I reached out to Bishoi when we first started looking and he treated me like family for those 2 years even though we had nothing in the pipeline. I will never be able to express my gratitude to him and his amazingly attentive, patient and thorough team. Carly was there every step of the way easing my mind on those crazy panic days. She was soothing and reassuring and I can't recommend a better team. And getting closing credits certainly sweetened the deal. I definitely feel blessed to have been able to work with this team. Highly reccommend.

  So this year was the second time working with this amazing team of people! After owning my home for a year and the mortgage rates dropping they reached out to me to refinance! They made the process once again very smooth and easy for me considering my work schedule! I consider every single one of these amazing people family. Even after I closed on my refinance they continued to check in from time to time. Asked how I am doing especially with this pandemic because they know I'm a RN. I have recommended so many friends and family members to them whether it be for a a new mortgage or to refinance because I trust they will be in good hands! They work hard to get their clients the best mortgage/rates and they deserve every bit of praise for it! To them you aren't just another person you're family!   Robert and his team got me a great mortgage refinance rate, and made the process easy to navigate. Robert is diligent, insightful, and easy to work with. His team was able to foresee and overcome any obstacles that we came across. He moved quickly to broker an aggressive rate on a loan that fit my specifications. Robert was always available to answer questions and address concerns via phone, text, or e-mail. I would recommend Robert and his team to my friends and family.

  I cannot say enough good things about Bishoi and his team at Petra Cephas. They made everything about getting a loan in a short amount of time seamless. Everyone that we worked with was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful. They kept us on track at all times, educated us along the way, and eased our stress. I'm convinced that Bishoi has a magic wand because he got us the type of loan we had hoped for even when we weren't sure if it would be possible.   Petra Cephas makes getting your mortgage so painless and stress-free, I recommend them to everybody! Bishoi promised me a stress-free mortgage process that would be a breeze compared to the buying experience I had (which was a real nightmare...attorney review and the inspection posed so many issues) and he was 100% correct! I was also very worried about how difficult the mortgage process would be because the last time I bought a house had been in 1999 and I remembered what a harrowing time I'd had getting my mortgage back then. It had been really stressful, but the team at Petra Cephas kept me informed and reassured me that things had changed since the 1990s and this time around would be better. They were so right! Mamta and Carely were fantastic and did an outstanding job getting everything completed in time for the closing. I am so grateful to have had this team on my side and can't thank them enough for the hard work and effort they contributed to my cause! Petra Cephas is absolutely the best. :)
