  This is the 2nd time I've used Pete and his team to purchase a home and they are simply the best people to work with. Their communication is constant and clear and the entire process was laid out accurately for us at the very beginning. When I had questions about specific items on the closing cost list they were answered immediately and made perfect sense. They called me every week to check in and give me any updates. I don't think I could ever use anyone else for my mortgage needs in the future. Awesome work!

  Pete was very honest and upfront when I got my mortgage. I shopped around and found he was the most attentive to my needs. He was also able to find the most equitable solutions.   The experice I has with Prospect Mortgage was a positive one. The whole process of buying a home can be really stressfull at times but with Peter and his team the entire experience was a smooth one. Peter was very professional, informative and helpful when I had questions. They were also committed on making my closing date run as smooth as possible and it did.   Working with Peter Thompson & Prospect Mortgage Co. was the best decision I ever made in purchasing my first home. Not only did they find me a good interest rate, they helped me organize my finances to accommodate the requirements needed to qualify for the home as well. Prior to going Prospect Mortgage, I went through various other lenders such as Chase, PERLE Mort & Inland Bank, each bank had disappointing outcomes. Pete & Prospect Mortgage were able to approve me for $60k more than any of the other banks. Before you go through anyone else, I HIGHLY recommend you see Prospect Mortgage first. Their honesty, knowledge of the market/field, respect for others & professionalism will be sure to take care of your needs. This company is Top Notch and they made my dreams come true when everyone else closed the doors on me.

  My experience with Prospect Mortgage was awesome! Peter Thompson and his colleagues were so helpful and efficient. I am a first time home buyer and I was so scared and nervous, however they made me feel so comfortable. They treated me like I was important to them not like I was just a client.   Pete, Garit and their team are fantastic. Buying a new house is stressful enough let alone dealing with getting a loan. Pete made getting a loan stress-free at a great rate and closing costs. I actually rec'd a few quotes and Pete beat them all. Thank goodness I used Pete and Garit. Any questions, they were a phone call away - and they actually answer their phone. At my closing, Pete actually showed up to make sure all went smoothly. I made the right choice and so should you. 2 thumbs up!!

  I enjoyed working with Pete and his team. I appreciate everything they did to make the process of buying my own home as stress free as possible. They were always available by phone whenever I had questions and took the time to make sure i had the answers that I needed. The weekly update calls made me feel like i was being kept "in the loop".   Peter Thompson and his team was extremely helpful through out the home loan application. Every Monday Peter would call me to give me an update on the process. I was also in constant contact with his team through emails to ensure the application process was moving forward. I will recommend Loan Depot to friends and family!!
