  Let me just say…. I had a great experience with Loan Depot, they are such a wonderful group. They made the process go so smoothly, Took time to help me understand each step and guided me through the process.. I started off with a different lender who couldn’t get an approval to close. My Awesome Realtor Kristiana Hamilton referred me to Carins team and they got me approved and closed all in the matter of two weeks. I love how they communicate effectively. They turned What started off as a challenging situation to the best day of my life. The Carin Buchanan team Rocks 😊 A shout out to Dan for being so kind keeping me updated and assisting with this wonderful team. They come highly recommended.   I have used this Loan Depot Office several times in the past for refinancing's and always been pleased with their service. However I recently used them for a home purchase and they were absolutely amazing! They were friendly and patient with me, returned all my calls and processed my loan very professionally and quickly. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone going through a loan process. They made a very stressful, confusing experience a whole lot easier.

  I worked with Carin Buchanan on securing and closing my mortgage. Carin is the most customer service friendly person I have ever dealt with while working on a mortgage. As most house buying experiences go there were lots of ups and downs, but Carin was there with answers and reassurance every step of the way. Everything about my experience with Loan Depot was quite right. Loan Depot seems to have struck the right balance between online services and still manage to keep a personal human element in the mix. I had several concerns and questions and I was always able to get ahold of Carin and get a quick answer. Compared to previous experiences with other companies where you feel like you are being treated like a commodity this was a great experience. 100% recommend Loan Depot to anyone looking for a mortgage and a smooth closing.   Carin and Adam at Loan Depot were so fantastic to work with! We worked with Carin a lot, she was extremely responsive, called me back and helped answer all my questions and concerns whenever I had one. From getting our credit ready, to making realistic goals, understanding our loan and what we needed to do on closing day, she made everything easy to understand and simple. I would recommend everyone at loan depot to those in search of their dream home! Prior to beginning our journey to find our “Forever home” my husband and I were overwhelmed.
