  Analía helped me refinance my home after a major life event, and she was hands on and personable. She was very knowledgeable and anticipated my concerns and questions. Analia proactively identified multiple options for various terms and helped me understand the pros and cons to each. My previous mortgage provider was very well know in the industry. So I was reluctant to leave them, but so glad I did, because Analía provided me a more customized loan, lowering my payments and even helped me find better insurance coverage for significantly less. I would highly recommend working with Analía!

  Just finished the easiest, most efficient closing ever in 40 years of buying homes, thanks to Matt Budwig's efforts and U.S. Mortgage's human/web interface. Matt was ALWAYS avail to answer ?'s or confirm that uploaded docs were rec'd. Even the closer was impressed at the fees and speed in which the refi was completed.

  Mr.Kocher made the loan process smooth and was very helpful throughout the closing. I’ve experienced a lot of property closing but John Kocher made closing quick and smooth, it only took 45 minutes to sign all the paperwork!
