  WOW is an understatement of Maurice and his team. Not only were they always quick to respond to emails. But, Maurice was ALWAYS available for after hour calls or texts. During the stressful times & sleepless nights of the process, Maurice was always saying things were going to be okay and work out. He made sure to be our "Santa" this year and have our loan approved & available to close the week of Christmas. Maurice and his team are like family now and will always receive invites to the parties we host in our amazing new home.   I couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer! The whole process of was absolutely flawless- great communication (very prompt and kept me up to date with every step), very helpful, and a joy to work with. Before finding Maurice I have attempted to refinance with my current lender - and they just didn't seem that interested in helping me. Maurice and Anna treated me like a very important customer and worked hard to get me the best rate and save money. As a single working mom with tight budget and time constraints - I am VERY grateful.   Great experience with Team Raya! Very dedicated and professional staff, who know their job well. They made the process simple and easy for us. Maurice went above and beyond to help us understand each & every term in the loan application and complicated questions tied to it, which made our home buying experience very smooth. He was happily available to answer any questions even after working hours(Evenings, weekends) as compared to traditional lenders who have 9-5 hours. Highly recommended!

  We went with the 203k loan for our first home buying process. Maurice helped us out with all of the questions we had and made the process very easy to understand. The 203k loan is a pretty complicated loan to go with, but Maurice did a great job explaining everything. Maurice was able to get our loan approved and we are very thankful!
