  Wow! From the moment I called Mr. Sylvester I didn’t look back. This was probably the easiest refinance I have done and I just bought the house in July! I learned a lot from Pete and realized my original lender wasn’t worried about me they were more focused on THEIR bottom line. The pressure was on Pete when I came to him for service. He educated me which made me thrown back abit because....did I really get screwed that bad previously? Maybe and maybe not maybe the other lender didn’t have the pull Pete and Fairway have which gives them that competitive edge. Great experience overall and by far my easiest closing. I would give Pete 10 stars if I could but looks like 5 will have to do. This is my 3rd review every written so take that into consideration. There is people that have a job to do that which I don’t think warrants reviews. Then there is people that do their jobs with pride and make sure you are taken care of. That’s Pete.

  Pete was the best. He stayed with me throughout what could have been a grueling process if I had tried to navigate by myself. Pete also got me a rate that was lower than any competitor. I'm hoping to remain in my new home for years to come and hopefully will not need another mortgage, but I know if rates drop, Pete will let me know and save me some money.
