  I've had the best experience with David Brown and Terri. I had a very stressful close on my home a year ago. So this FHA streamline refinance was a breeze, and refreshing in comparison! No surprises, and the best customer services experience I've ever had! David provided numbers that were dead on all the way up to closing with my new lender. He was very transparent, and has a down to earth calmness about him, so I felt no pressure during the process like you do with other lenders who are just trying to get you in the door. Also David is actually a broker who does all the work for you, and compares lender options for you. Overall I went from 4.875% to 3.625%, and he saw where I was overpaying taxes by $100 a month, and I received an escrow refund, plus skipped to 2 mortgage payments. Go to David. He will take care of you!

  Best experience I’ve had with a mortgage lender in 20+ years. Usually a highly stressful process, with unexpected and often unpleasant twists and turns, with David and Terri, my FHA streamline refinance was exactly what I was led to believe it would be from the beginning. Actually, the numbers were even a bit better than expected, and we closed ahead of schedule. Researched 3-4 other service providers through the decision-making process, and Performance was the clear winner start to finish.   Attempted a refinance with David Brown at Performance Lending over the course of a month. Aside from an initial response, I was constantly chasing him up for answers and progress on my loan estimate which ultimately never eventuated. Even when I left a message with reception for any loan agent to get back to me, there was no response whatsoever. I got the sense that my money was just not good enough for them to make an effort. There are so many players in this market, I'm sure another lender can be found that gives at least a modicum of customer service.

  David Brown and Terri Artis were singlehandedly the most efficient, caring and focused people you could ever work through. David would not stop until he got me the lowest rate possible and did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of, even if it took him more time. I ran into an issue the day that I was to close that could have affected my ability to close, but Terri passionately worked to resolve my issue. And she did! Her committed and "bull-dogged" approach proved to be very helpful when I was lost and confused. And, they saved me SO much money on my monthly mortgage. I would unequivocally recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or refinance. Thanks so much!
