  We went to Kings Honda with intention of buying a certified used Honda Odyssey. Joe Klosterman was incredible to work with, offering assistance without pressure. We received a fair deal. The Odyssey developed a minor issue and the service department took care of us. The video inspection they offer is amazing! The only reason they didn't receive 5 stars is because the service department is not aware of what buying a certified used car entitles you to. Had to explain their own service/warranty manual to them and speak to three people before they saw the first two oil changes are free.

  We bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey from here. The vehicle was great but the service lacked a bit. We arrived at 10:30 am in the morning and did not get out of there until 3:30 pm. During our transaction all the sale personnel decided to have a meeting and we sat there and waited for roughly 20 min while they all talked about how to improve sales. I wanted to walk over there to their meeting and give them a few tips :) Throughout our mini vacation in their lobby we began to watch. It appeared as though their employees are not driven and were in no hurry to make things happen. :( So much for our day... Due to the time spent there waiting we did not have time to finish our shopping. As we were leaving our sales rep attempted to install a plate on the back of our van. He used a drill with plastic screws... duh!! Guess what... he snapped both heads off and we had to go over to service to get them removed. At the service center they discussed having to drill them out but luckily they were able to remove them with needle nose pliers. Come on Performance... step it up. Customers are watching and care how we are treated our new vehicle is treated and the time it takes you to help us.

  I've been a "Honda" girl for about 30 years now, and just leased (2nd lease in my lifetime and they've only gotten better), a new Honda accord. Both Jason Desantis and Joe Roth took extremely good care of me during my sales process. The communication prior to my arrival was stellar, and they had the vehicle ready when I arrived for my test drive. While on my test drive, I changed my mind on the color, and the color I changed my mind about was waiting for me when I got back from my test drive. I was kept in the loop all throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate about utilizing either of these 2 sales reps again, who did a fantastic job in every aspect :) Buying or leasing a vehicle is a big decision, and they made it stress free for me. Everyone was friendly and as a customer, I felt like they valued me. Thanks Kings Honda I loved doing business with you!

  If you are considering buying a car from Performance King’s Honda, SPECIFICALLY ask for MITCHELL STEIN. This review is solely based on my husband and I’s experience with HIM. It is very apparent when you come into contact with someone that takes their job and what they do serious. Mitchell made us feel like it was just as important to him that we get the car we wanted as much as it was to us!! He was so professional, polite, personable, kind, patient, and made our experience STRESS FREE. We left with the car we wanted and a wonderful experience with him. I HIGHLY recommend buying a car from him if you find yourself at this dealership. He is a delight to work with and will do his best to get the car you want! *We purposely sought Mitchell out based off of a phenomenal review from my husband’s friend and his wife who purchased a car from Mitchell a few weeks back.*

  Got online via my Banks TruCar platform. Found a decently priced Yukon I was interested in. But was 2 hours away. So communication was key. Asked about condition. And price. Even worked out trade deal. All was good. (Right). Communication with the sales Man Mr. Joe Jarvis was great. Even with his Sales Manager Eddie Fedderman. But that’s where the good review ends. Vehicle was listed on platform. And claims all vehicles are 30 point serviced. This vehicle was apparently just received from auction. Not serviced. Not even driven by service. And not clean. The salesman even said right now a lot of vehicles aren’t serviced before offering for sale. (How do you price them then???). Thanks a crazy business process. Anyway took a decent test drive. Suspension was making a LUNK SOUND. So. Obviously it needed a Strut or bushing etc. they drove it and their service confirmed. Also after getting it up on lift I noticed several brand new parts in Rear. Hmmmmm Anyways. They offered to fix it. The sales manager even had the audacity to try to sell me their extended Service plan. I obviously walked away feeling really bad for folks buying cars here so I felt compelled to review it I mean 2 hour drive and you can’t even have service look at it. Or Atleast drive it? They didn’t even offer to pay for my gas. Will never call them again. And everyone I meet gets this info. Thanks

  It was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and I couldn't be more satisfied. William Lyles was our salesman. He was amazing and made sure to stay true to what we were looking for. Glen, the finance manager, made everything simple and explained every detail perfectly. I would highly recommend Performance Honda to anyone looking to buy a new car.

  We purchased a Van this past weekend at Performance Kings Honda. The staff was helpful and kind. Jason did a great job working with us. They were great with the kids and patient at the end of a long day. Not sure about other people's experience but ours was a good one. Give them a chance!

  Words can't even come close to what an amazing experience I had at Kings Honda. From the beginning to the end...Kings Honda has some Top Notch Employees! The BEST Sales Reps that I have ever seen. I had the great pleasure of working with two, and both Phil and Angel made my experience of buying a car so much easier. I never felt pressured, and most of all..they were there to help me from the beginning to end. I would recommend Kings Honda and either of these two wonderful Sales Reps to anyone.
