      The worst service I have experienced from any lending service. My refi from them years ago was equally as poor and I had to call them to get anywhere. At least years ago they returned calls.

      Third Federal has fallen off quite a bit over the years. Their drive by appraisal is embarrassingly basic and their appeals process is a joke. They've lost my business from this point on. Don't bother applying unless you're sitting on 90% equity.
