Julian Rickey2I was really pleased with my sales guy. The One thing that Irks me the most was the financial part. They set up colonial transfer LLC to take my biweekly payments for my car payment. Colonial transfer LLC is the worst company they could ever Recommend to anyone. They sent my car payment in late each month and when I called to cancel they forgot to mention that there will be a $50 fee for cancellation. On top of that it took over a month to receive my refund. If anyone wants to set up biweekly payment set it up through your bank.

Eric Rodzankas5Great service, Excellent conversation with Todd nice delivery process, except not sending Both KEYFOBS with 2019 Dodge Charger which left me with only partial access to cars options. I need both KEYFOBS one red, one black only black one came with car. Otherwise this was the Best, Most easy car buying experience I have had in my life!!! Highly recommended for buying a car without the hassle or headache I have had in the 12 cars I have purchased (New cars) in my life! Will do it again if I live long enough. Eric Rodzankas

Gerald Williams1Buyer beware. Lie after lie from these people. Dishonest and do not honor pricing on vehicle. Yellow tag in window means nothing. Mark in finance looks you in the face and lies to pad his bonus for the company. Call to complain to the sales manager Chuck and he was so unprofessional he passed the buck to someone else to call. He probably gets tired of all the complaints he is too embarrassed to call a customer back. Save your time and money. Do not buy at this dealership. Dishonest and LIE.

Kenneth Murphy5Had my 2011 Silverado serviced. Needed an oil change, tire rotation, and a transmission flush done. The service department told me an hour and a half and they were right on with that estimate. Great waiting area too. Great service and great dealership.

K P5McCluskey Chevrolet Kings Auto Mall is by far one of the best dealers I have dealt with so far. They have a large selection of trucks and enough people the ready to help you. The dealer has process so organized and streamlined to get you out the door with you vehicle. My salesman Wil was good about finding the truck I wanted and listened to what I wanted which was awesome!

Tyler Lovett1I wish I could give something lower than 1 star. I had made an appointment for my truck to be serviced and requested that I be given a rental car for the next two days while my truck was in their possession. Of course the service rep assured me that, on Monday morning at 8am he would be ready with a rental car and I would be on my way in no time. Yeah right. I drop my truck off about a quarter til 8 with the rep and wait for the rental office to open up. "Should be about 8", says the rep. 8am comes and goes with no sign of the rental office clerk. The rep makes no effort to get me along on my way nor does anyone else. By 9am the rental clerk had appeared and offered no apology for being late. This is not the first time I have dealt with awful service at McCluskey, but with the 36,000 mile warranty slowly running out, hopefully it is the last. Stay tuned for what happens when I finally get to pick my truck up...
