  People's has the absolute best customer service! Coral always takes the time to explain everything in detail. She is very knowledgeable. They've always been extremely accurate and consistent. You can tell they all enjoy what they do because of how much they care about their customers! It's always a pleasure going there to do business :)

  Absolutely rude service. The woman who was in charge for the day on 2/7 should take some classes on customer service etiquette. Never in my life have I ever experienced such rude service at a bank. Turned me away with proper documentation to cash a ss check for my child. Went to another location without issue. I wonder how many other people are turned away by this wretched woman..

  People's United pulled out of financing on my loan ~3 days before closing. A lot of false promises made throughout the process. Extremely unprofessional and challenging to work with.

  Friendly atmosphere. Bright, clean interior. Keurig coffee with wide selection available and CNN playing in the lobby. Opening an account was easy and online banking with free checking account makes me stay.
