      Horrible customer service They will ask you for your full social security number if you ask why they hang up. I would assume it's because the teller wants to use it for fraud. The people in the branch are horribly rude too. Interest rates are the worst possible.

      Literally nothing on the website works, put 60 dollars in my account and straight up cannot access my money, and the login/password reset system doesnt work
