  I called customer service this evening and had the pleasure of having Douglas assist myself and my roommate in setting up an e-banking account for her. She wanted to make a payment on her Community Choice Visa using her checking account from another bank. To make a very long story much shorter, it took quite a bit of time to accomplish this as we many errors setting the app up on her phone and getting everything established. Throughout the entire time Douglas remained patient and calm and helpful. Towards the very end, my landline ran out of charge because we were using speaker phone the entire time, and it cut off the call. Douglas attempted calling back on the landline, and when he didn't get us there, he called back on my roommates cell number to make sure we were able to finish the transaction. We would not have been able to set this up without his help and so greatly appreciated how patient he was with both of us and our many blunders! Truly a great example of the friendly and knowledgeable professionalism we experience over and over with Community Choice Credit Union. Thank you Douglas for going above and beyond!

  The Chicago Road, Warren Branch of Community Choice is the first financial institution I've used that actually tries to find ways to help you get what you need. The staff is always helpful and they treat everyone like they are their only customer. Thank you LaToya, Amanda, Kara, Jennifer and everyone else who makes my life easier every time I walk through the door. You All ROCK!!

  Sheila went above and beyond to help me with my issues. The question I had initially needed to be run through another department, but she went to seek out a quick answer for me to make sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible.

  Recently had some issues pop up on my account, spoke with Samantha Sawyer (Huffman) and she was nothing but perfectly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond! If you ever have any issues with anything on your loan talk to her she's fantastic!

  Halle Waters was a tremendous help dealing with a technical error in the banking system. She not only was professional and kind but she rectified the issue immediately. If you have any issues with the institution, do not use the app to try to fix it, call and speak to a representative like Halle and the problem will get resolved! Thanks again Halle you were extremely helpful!

  My name is Lisa K., I am a member of CCCU. I called and was assisted by Wes LaPoint, he was very professional, knowledgeable and he made sure all my concerns were met. My account was grandfathered in through a merger. I live in Illinois, I wish I could share his great service with other family members but unfortunately I can’t because they live in Illinois too. Wes is the best!! Thanks for all your help!!

  I'm a recent member and I was having trouble with transferring money to another member. I called the call center and Cherisha was so helpful. It only took about 5 mins and she had everything situated. This really is a great institution to bank with and I'm glad to be a member!
