  Going in the process I was very apprehensive about Zubair, since I was used to another lender who has helped my family and I through various transactions. I was nervous about going with someone new. Will he be able to close my loan on time, would there be any last minute surprises in terms of new charges, fees and such; will they be responsive and many more. After a couple of conversations Zubair was able to put my mind at ease. Him and his assistant Lydia were personable and responsive. They were very prompt in answering all my questions through out the process. The entire process was very smooth and hassle free. We will certainly be using Zubair for our future needs.

  An evil transaction that was a blessing at last. Before I met Zubair I went through two lenders that wouldn’t take any less than crazy numbers for the down payment (30-40% down and said it was impossible to bring that % down because my father made good Equity on our old house) & we were so close to be homeless in this crazy sellers market if our agent Arturo Seleme didn’t introduce us to Zubair, not sure where we would be. The second I spoke to him about all of our lender issues and numbers he immediately saw RED FLAGS 🚩 he is honestly a life saver & worked endless hours with me personally to get everything corrected from the second I gave him my first call weeks after we sold our old house & days under contract on a new property. I would call him when I was very upset and wanted to vent about any little thing and over questioning to many things he had questions to, he answered everything In a timely manner and didn’t get the run arounds or excuses. I will definitely be doing business with zubair again within 24 months, he earned our trust and faith with lenders beyond words could even explain. Arturo & Zubair are now family, they both helped us like no other agent/lender would. They both worked together endless hours to repair what other lenders scarred us with. I’m truly blessed to have met Zubair. His ability to help us & knowledge on numbers and attention to detail was Something indescribable.
