      If there was an option for 0 stars they would have gotten it. Just because you’re kind doesn’t mean what you are doing is ethical. Atm got jammed when pulling out a large sum of money. I never received my withdraw. My balance got updated as if I received the money. They fixed the atm quick but did not credit me. They said up to 10 businesses days. Imaging trying to take out all the money in your account, not receiving it and being left with nothing for 10 days! How do you get to work, get gas, or get food? I got fined by my landlord for my bill being late. Worse policy ever. Apathetic and pathetic customer care. I even have video of their atm jamming and they don’t even accept it. Crooks

      Don’t know about negative reviews, but always had good experiences in this location before and after Pandemic, staff welcoming and friendly, respectful and greet you all time even if your business is with other staff member. Don’t blame staff for financial rules and timing, if you plan to get a service, don’t come last minute, come earlier. Banks have closing financial closing procedures, it’s not fast food chain.

      This place closes early. Don't abide by the hours posted online or on their door and forget about anyone answering a phone ever.

      I use the drive thru teller. The line clearly says OPEN wait there for a good two minutes and the teller tells me “Sorry we close at 4:00” It was exactly 4:00 when she was telling me this. I was there a couple minutes before 1600. I made it clear that it’s 4 now I just need a money order. Florencia told me to come back at 930 am. Customer service 👎. If your open til 1600 take the customer at 1600. You can’t refuse someone especially when your lane says open.

      This guys have one of the poorest public notary service. I was told to wait two minutes and after twelve minutes of waiting the agent informed me to wait additional ten minutes to get the notary service. I wasn't satisfied in their customer service but the manager was kind enough to come out of the building to ease the situation after I walked out of the bank. After my frustration, I went to Bank of America which was 0.8 miles from this location and finished it in just two minutes. There is also a UPS store which can do the job for you at the same location as Bank of America.

      The bankers are great to work with. However the tellers and the manager at the teller line are terrible. I have a business account and will be taking my business to another Wells Fargo branch. Extremely disappointed by their lack of graciousness, humility and customer service.

      I am customer of Wells Fargo bank for last five years yesterday I went to open my saving account and I met personal banker Jena Bias she helped and guide me I want to say thanks to Jena she is very polite and friendly I wish I can see her every-time when I go to bank

      I agree with the other customer service review. Wells Fargo has to be worse than Bank of America on fees. Also, they put cash and checks written on Wells Fargo accounts into a pending status for days, even though they aren't supposed to. When asked about this, tellers will tell you that they are not supposed to do this, but when you complain about it, you get the run around. An "I'm sorry" only goes so far when you are told one thing and do another on a continuous basis. I will be looking for another banking institution asap!!

      The worst bank branch ever. Whenever I go to them to get a check cashed they always have this nice smile on their face asking me if i want open an account, Once i say no that smile goes away hard times start. My each visit to this branch is a problem. If you don t have an account with them you re not a human being. They will do anything not to cash that check.
