      Completely worthless. BAD BANK! STAY AWAY!! Their app is bad. Their employees are poorly trained. The supervisor is poorly trained. The ops center doesn't know what they're talking about. The recommendations provided did not work. Stuck at their mercy until they can figure themselves out. Beyond furious. Wasted so much time on incompetence.

      We refer to many banks and we refuse to tell any family about this local bank. Unfortunately people should deal with National Bank instead of local ones.
