Exceptional service. The staff is polite, friendly, and make everything easy and convenient. I was in and out way faster than I expected when I needed some account stuff dealt with. Don't hesitate to stop here if you're a Navy Fed member.

Lobby was closed. Drive up ATM was closed. Lines backed up. Staff is very unfriendly and behave as if you coming through the line is a bother to them. This branch needs an overhaul and a few notches higher on the class level of employee. It's the one that is the closest to my house and super convenient to use, but service is a -10.

The folks inside are great, but... I only use this branch for deposing checks. Their business hours force me to use the ATM for all my banking (can a bank not be open at 8 am like most other businesses?). Literally 7 out of the past 8 trips to deposit checks, the deposit feature doesn't work. Today, to my surprise, it actually wasn't broken. Then the machine crashed, shut down and kept my check. So I had to start a dispute over the phone and now I'm waiting 5 business days for Navy Fed to do whatever it is they're going to do. What a royal pain they are.

Went into bank to change one acct into an acct for my husband's direct deposit, sat there with my husband explaining to Miss Love what I wanted to do, she just kept pounding on her keyboard, never looking up, then handed my husband a piece of paper with a new acct on it. I asked her, have you heard a word I have been saying and she said she told me she couldn't do that!!! She never said she couldn't do that, she acted as if I wasn't talking to her....this is the wrong person for this position, no personality, lacking professionalism, and nearly began arguing with me when I told her she didn't tell me anything!!! I will continue my banking (multiple accts) with Navy Federal, but I will NEVER have Miss Love help us again!!!!

Waited in the drive thru line for one hour. Due to the enclosed space of the parking lot, there was no way to get out. Im Not sure why 3 lines were just sitting for such a lengthy amount of time. I will use another branch from now on.

Probably the best banking services I have ever experienced. Extended hours, great people in the local branches, and superb telephone support. Their electronic banking is comprehensive, and the phone app works well. Plus I hear it's a great place to work.

Told my husband he had to Change his TN ID to FL because his ID was matched to our other property in TN. Really all we needed to do was give a utility bill to our other address and not physically change our ID to FL. We are former military so we travel a little more than other people. The supervisor was very rude, and the Escambia County Police Officer walked over behind my husband while he was calmly trying to understand why they wouldn't do business with us. The police officer made us feel uncomfortable like we were trying to do something fraudulent. That was our first time inside Navy Fed and it was horrible. We will not be doing business with your rude employees and intimidating Government presentation.

They wouldn’t let me sign my check through the drive-through. The teller gave me the worst attitude after I drove and hour to get there. Go to a different Navy Federal where the tellers like their jobs.

By far the worst Navy Federal I have ever been too. If possible go to another location. Service is always sooo slow.
