  Was in the market to purchase a house and one of the preferred lenders was Peerless - and all I can say is wow! If you want a superlative group of people who are always working (seriously, 7 days a week and into the late evenings daily) you couldn't ask for a better team! First started with Chris who then gave my home loan direction to the extremely capable hands of Liz. Can't tell you how many times I've reached out to her with bone head questions (as this was my first time financing a house) and she was incredibly knowledgeable and super patient!!! Seriously, a sweetheart and I wouldn't have survived this experience without her; I say this because my house completion was delayed month after month but she was always so calm and helped me traverse the home loan process with ease. Peerless set the bar so high that I look forward to the next time I am in the market for a new home and would bet that there is no other crew that are better in the biz. If you have the opportunity to go with Peerless, you will be in the best care. I appreciate Liz so much and would strongly recommend that you reach out to these folks whether it's your first or hundredth loan. Peerless is second to none!

  My wife and I just purchased a new home and chose to use Peerless Lending. We got teamed up with Liz Savino and she has been absolutely amazing. From her attention to detail and work ethic to taking the time to answer any and all questions we had and explaining everything so that we could understand. Liz is a true professional and an absolute joy to work with. She has made our first time home buying experience something to truly remember.   Michelle Brunn with Peerless Lending was extremely helpful, responsive, and gracious during the entire process. She was very attentive to our needs and answered all questions we had.   Chris at Peerless Lending is such a wealth of information and help in the Lending process. I have recommended a few of my buyers to him. He answers all and any questions you ask him, and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. There is no question to big or small. He and the staff at Peerless are so kind, friendly and smart.   I kept hearing that rates were historically low, so I wanted to explore what it would look like to refinance my home. A trusted friend had great things to say about their recent experience at Peerless Lending, so I reached out. I was insecure with my lack of knowledge when it came to refinancing a home, I was worried that all of this would be over my head. I am writing this review because working with Chris Robson and his team was easy and efficient. I was expecting a complicated and lengthy process, but instead, it was a piece of cake. I'm actually in the process of having them refinance my house for a second time because rates have continued to drop. The beautiful thing is, Chris' team reached out to me, letting me know that I could be saving additional money on my mortgage each month.
