  Staff is good but not enough staff. What I see that works is having someone handle deposit only transactions with a tablet while members are standing in line. Please do better.

  Why every branch of Bank of America is VERY SHORT staffed?? Why they don’t value our time ? I can’t stand in line for 2 hrs to talk to a banker! And when I try to make an appointment, it’s all booked for 2 months!!!

  The tellers are hard working and efficient. But only 2 tellers available is not enough to handle clients. Especially when they have to handle merchant transactions as well. Most of the time long waits.

  Fantastic. I recently came in to open an account and was assisted by Jesus The experience could not have been any easier. Bank of America is definitely keeping up with the times and they have some really nice new ATMs and mobile app features that EECU doesn’t offer No paperwork to fill out either. Everything was electronic and simple

  The worse customer service. They only have two tellers to serve all of these people in line. Don’t go there. I spent an hour or so every time I go make deposit. Bad bad bad service they don’t care about the customer

  Courtney at Merchant teller does not provide good customer service. She is unwelcoming and very unpleasant. We will not be going to this BofA any longer. She needs to learn how to provide excellent customer service in her position dealing with people.

  Ample parking, close to Highway 99 for banking convenience. I only used the ATM but Bank of America does a great job with location placement and is very accessible for their customers.

  My experience was really good & quick. Everyone was really attentive with all my questions. I recommend this branch for all your banking & investment needs.
