  We can’t thank PCS enough, they truly changed our lives!! Our starting balance was over $65000. Final payments, including the PCS fees, was under $38000—less than 56% of the original balances, and we were done in just over 3 years. It was a major struggle, and we had life costs pop up that almost made us forfeit the plan. But Donelle and Michelle were amazing to work with, and so empathetic with our situation. They were true advocates for us, and if it wasn’t for COVID, my family would have given everyone at PCS a hug when our final payment was made in July 2020. Speaking of that last payment, because the last creditor was playing hardball and didn’t offer much of a settlement, PCS waived their fee. As I said, it was a struggle, and we went dark a few months, but Donelle worked with us to find a solution, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. THANK YOU PCS!!!

  I cannot thank PCS enough for helping me get out from under my mountain of credit card debt. I had maxed out three credit cards, and was barely making the minimum payments. I am not financially savvy by any means, so having PCS there to guide me through the process was invaluable. Whenever I had a question about anything, PCS was very available and helpful.   I have referred several of my clients over to Anisa at Personal Credit Solution when they were looking for a debt settlement program in the St. Louis Missouri area. I have always received great feedback from my clients about the assistance they received from PCS. Their fees are much less than what most industry programs charge. What really makes them a valuable resource to me is that in addition to debt settlement assistance, they also can help consumers with pretty much any other debt relief problem as well. From Bankruptcy, to loan modification assistance, Credit Counseling, and even tax debt issues. There are not many companies in the country that can work with the consumer to competently provide so many different solutions based on a consumer's specific needs.

  I found this company while researching Debt consolidation 4yrs ago. It was one of only (2) companies rated by BBB as Good to Great in matters of Debt reconciliation/remediation. I called and spoke w/ a rep. and started the process recommended. They were professional, honest and knowledgeable re: processes they offer. Turned out to be the best option for me, (I had some job related concerns). Process took me (2) yrs, but well worth it. Would recommend to anyone looking for remediation solution.

  FINALLY! Someone who does what they say and isn't trying to rip people off! It took almost 2 years but we cleared over $60K worth of debt - no bankruptcy - kept my house and now my credit score is back to just under 700 and improving.
