Scott Thompson5Five stars for outstanding customer service, repeatedly. I had the pleasure of working with Bill Mcmahan to open a small business checking account. A few things that Bill did to exceed expectations were squeezing me in at the end of the day and staying passed open hours, making the communication simple and effective, and physically bringing me my business credit card because I couldn’t get to the bank before closure. By far the best banking experience I’ve had. Thanks Bill!

Matt Colombo1Crazy. 20 year customer, closed old account Wednesday. Had issues with double charges, rectified by staff. Deposited live check from my employer, who they know is my employer from interview opening new account after 2 hours in the branch opening new account Wednesday. Spent hours Thursday with my account negative. After depositing the check at 730 on Friday, company suspended my debit card and held my account. Spent the better part of this morning trying to deal with it, with no resolution. They advised they have no manager on duty today, so resolution will not be until Tuesday, holding over $1000 in my account frozen while my fiancee' is travelling with no access to our full account balance. Considering my options legally after this.

James Orlando1Worst service of any US Bank or any other bank I have worked with. I try to avoid going to the branch at 15839 Manchester Road but was close by so tried it again. I waited in line for 15-20 minutes while only one extremely unfriendly teller was working. He has been there each time I have been there. Very unfriendly. Doesn't speak smile or anything. People came in and left rather than wait in line. Finally another teller came out to help and as soon as she did he closed his window and stood there staring at his screen the entire time I was there. Not sure what he was doing. The lady who waited on me was friendly. In the future no matter how close I am to this branch I will go out of my way to avoid it. Not worth my time. Every other branch I have been to has been fine. I would rate this one a solid 1

Greg B1Terrible, terrible, customer service and Branch Mgr (Steven Swanson). There are many banks close to this location. Do NOT open an account here and use another branch location if you are using US Bank. We have withdrawn our accounts from US Bank and strongly discourage our friends and family from using US Bank due to the poor service and disrespect we received from Mr. Swanson. Would rank this location less than one star if possible.

Rebecca Talley1Just sat in line for 45 minutes to make a deposit. Then took over 30 minutes at the window. Had to drive out to Ellisville because the Eureka location is closed. No locations are open inside. This is ridiculous.

Katherine (Katie)2Weird us bank..has different rules. Like you have to deposit your money before they can give you a money order. Which is weird and takes extra time. This us bank is just weird.
