  Payvant Capital is the best processing company I have worked with by far. I have gone through 3 others and have used Payvant for about a year now and their rates and customer service is top of the line. All of their agents are very nice and go out of the way to help you. They even recently helped to assist with my digital marketing through PPC and SEO to grow my business.   PAYVANT CAPITAL, exceeded my exemptions from start to finish, I called them at 3:00pm on Tuesday, by 11:00am Wednesday I was funded, and in less than 24 hours.. Now I have the working capital that I need as a business owner.. From the first phone call everyone there was exceptionally polite, and understood was it is to be a business owner in need of capital.   Payvant Capital has contacted me multiple times through the use of robo-dialing technology for the purposes of soliciting business without prior consent or an existing business relationship. My cell phone number has been on the DNC since June 25th 2009. This is illegal and a willful violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act punishable by a penalty of $500 per violation and subject to triple damages if deemed willful. I have reached out via email and phone to speak with the company President with no reply. I have requested a copy of their DNC policy as well as information on how they handle scrubbing phone numbers against the DNC prior to solicitation.
