  The whole process turned out to be beyond what I expected,just great representatives was always available and considerate of your phone calls when you needed to know of your case and what to do if creditors constantly harass you with threatening calls.I,definitely would recommend Frontier to my family and friends without a doubt so thank you for getting me back on track Frontier with my finances.

  I’ve had the pleasure of working with Teri Coleman and Laura Rowe while going through a very difficult time of my life. They keep me very well informed and help me with every step along the way. This company is legitimate and has helped me settle 5 of my credit card debts. We have a little ways to go, but I know I’m in the perfect hands with Fast Track and my personal team of representatives.

  I signed up with this in Sept 2018. I was told that they will get in touch with my creditors, they have not tried to let them know anything at all. And they tell you not to let your creditors know anything. I was told that if I get a summons they will handle it in court for me. They did not even show up to my court date to explain that they are representing me. Then after I lost the case, I had to call my creditor to set up a payment to them ON TOP OF paying Fast Track . I was told before signing up that Fast Track will handle everything. Lies! And of course it was to late to set up a payment plan because I had up until 10 days after the court date to set it up. Now my checks are being garnished. I cancelled my service with them .They had no problem taking my money quickly but to cancel my service they were slow to take my account number off their do not charge list. I will never do this again. Lesson learned. Just pay your creditors what you owe and keep it moving. This is really not worth the hassle and the constant phone calls. Since signing up I feel more stressed than when I was actually paying my bills. Please don't deal with these people. I'm more messed up financially now then I was when I was paying my creditors on time. This is so ridiculous I'm laughing because they are such a joke.

  I started this program in back in August 2017 I was originally supposed to be in the program for 36 months, but I will be ending the program way earlier than expected. They have great customer service and Robin has been here helping me throughout the whole experience. My credit score has increased and I am just so happy THANK YOU!!!

  Anyone who’s been through this process knows how scary and overwhelming it can be. That being said, Daisha Martin has consistently been there to explain each step. She is patient, knowledgeable and empathetic. I completely trust her to tell me the ‘ cold, hard facts’. I would often call her in a panic and she would really take her time to make sure I understood each and every step along the way . She does not sugar coat anything and will definitely tell you what you need to hear. She offers great counsel and she is very knowledgeable about the whole process. She went above and beyond in answering all my questions. Even though I didn’t like what she had to say, she was really honest and upfront with me about my different options. What would begin as a tearful panicked phone call would end with me feeling more knowledgeable, comfortable.and a lot less stressed She really knows her stuff and tells you in a way that you understand. I can’t say enough good things about her. She offers solid advice and truly does care about you and your situation. She’s a gem. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
