  So I walk in about 848am I’m still standing on the line being patient and waiting for someone to say next please. Instead the black lady sits on her behind blows her nose and doesn’t even acknowledge the fact that I’m the only one here standing. 8:53 am and I’m still waiting. I’m a very patient person so I’m going to see how long she’s willing to wait with me. FYI TAKING THIS A LITTLE FURTHER CORPORATE WISE. This is straight stupidity!!! I had to walk out

  It is always a hassle to cash commercial checks at this location. There is probably one person at this location that knows how to deal with commercial accounts. I referred several clients to open commercial accounts and it takes about two weeks of running around, and still no account is opened. Poor customer service.

  Customer Service terrible, there was a African American girl so rude. She look like she was annoyed by working there on Sunday.

  Costumer service OMG This Puerto Rican lady was very mad with me and also she didn't help me and she give me my paper back saying I don't know very mad when I was trying to ask something My sister needs money for school and she didn't help me to send the money

  Horrible went in and the lady spelled the whole last name on the western union wrong when I call they tell me I have to come back in so she can correct the mistake I already went all the way home now I go there and everyone has a attitude how do you have a attitude when you messed up my paper then she had the audacity to ask me why I'm upset when all I did was hand off my paper to her will never use them again if that's how they treat there customers
