      MILDRED IS VERY RUDE! IT BE EMPTY AS SOON AS I WALK IN SHE FINDS SOMETHING TO DO! TWO TIMES IVE WALKED STRAIGHT TO THE WINDOW BECAUSE IM THE ONLY ONE INSIDE & I GETS THE ☝🏿 FINGER AND BASICALLY HAD TO STEP BACK, MIND YOU NOOOO ONE ELSE IS INSIDE !!! FIRST TIME WAS TO MAKE A PHONE CALL WHICH COULDVE WAITED N THE SECOND TIME SHE WAS TRAINING SOMEONE BOTH WAS SITTING DOWN AND YET DECIDED TO GET UP AND WALK AWAY TO SHOW HER SOMETHING THAT ALSO COULDVE WAITED! MAKES ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN I GO THERE NOW!! SHE IS VERYYYYYY RUDE !!!! I HOPE WHOEVER SHE WAS TRAINING IS HER REPLACEMENT!

      I had a horrible experience with the manager , Mildred. First of, she was the only person there which was fine. I went to purchase a money order for over 1K ,in which I understand there are certain protocols that need to be followed when it comes to M.O's. Great. So she asked for my ID and my debit card, i give it to her, she then asked me to take off my face mask, fine, since i know Cash Checking places take photos, okay. She then proceeds to ask me "why haven't you updated your ID picture?" After standing there without my mask and her quote on quote having issue's taking my picture ,for some time, i then responded with "that's my business" because it is, I'm a trans male. Mildred did not like my response. I gave her my current NYS ID with my matching debit card, like she asked, so that question was irrelevant. If she felt like i was committing "fraud" she could have asked me for another proof of ID. Mildred then had an issue after she asked for my email address. She asked me a question regarding an underscore. Asking if it was a dash. You can't do dashes when creating emails but whatever , i answered her with my answer. She then must've felt dumb and then TOLD me that the @ symbol WAS a 0 , after she asked me to repeat the email address. "That's a 0." My thing is , that was borderline harassment. She was combative and rude. So i gave her the same energy. I won't ever go back. I took my money elsewhere. Do better , Mildred.

      Lately the place has been empty or maybe 1-2 others in line. Seems every time I go there, there is only one window opened which isn't a problem when things are slow which appears to be always! Any way the same woman is always working the same window. She is efficient but what a grouch!! She acts like customers are a pain in the rear. Sad part is her badge says "manager" so you know things won't be changing any time soon.

      The cashier at this location is indifferent to customers, is sarcastic and generally has a bad attitude, when things don't go her way. Instead of helping a customer with an adversion to being photographed, she chooses to be indifferent and abruptly states that she can't help me; and then retorts with sarcasm. She says something in Spanish to her supervisor. I tell her that I also speak Spanish. She replies with "I don't care." Upon asking her identity, she directs me to her supervisor. Unfortunately, her supervisor supports her bad disposition; and she (i.e. the supervisor) also refuses to reveal her own identity, or the cashier's, when asked. She too deflects my inquiry for identification to a cluster of papers taped to the plexiglass barrier; stating that I should call her office. Resultingly, I won't be patronizing this establishment. By far, this is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at any Payomatic location.       Horrible customer service a women by the name of Mildred took care of me but was very rude and disrespectful no customer service etiquette.

      The place is a mess. It smells like poop. One of the ladies assisting there shouldn't be working there since she can't understand anything from what people are telling her. She probably will need a hearing amplifier. Based on above, the service was really bad.
