  They are thiefs. Make sure you watch them very closely. They are rude and liars. They will still your jewlery. The manager is a thief as well. They are other shops you can go to that honorable people work at. BEWARE!!!!

  It could be better, but overall it's not that bad. I pawn things periodically, sometimes the same item, and sometimes they loan me more money than other times. I guess it depends on their mood.

  The owner is very nice. After coming a few times he increased the amount of my loan, knowing I'd be back for my item. Quick service. I like the place.

  Literally my first time today , and the dude inside is tryna argue with me and tell me that the adidas I was trying to pawn/sell we’re not 100$+ pair of sneakers even though I showed him through the Adidas website that they were .... he tried to sit there and tell me that the sneakers I was selling was on sale (which is true) but the sales were nothing below 100$ as I showed him ... he still sat there and tried to argue and tel me what the value of my sneakers were even with EVIDENCE SHOWING THAT THEY WERE MORE THAN 100$ ... NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WOULD I GO HERE

  I've used this pawn shop before and never had any problems. I get my jewelry back the same way I gave it to them. They're great in my eyes.

  Worst pawn shop in nyc. Gem pawnshop is way better. They even call and work with you if you're in an economic hardship. Stay away from these Mexican ripoffs
