SpaCee ThaCloud1I don't understand why have a bank, you can't cash your check unless you have the amount in your account?! To be real my business will be going else where. All I ever get is discrimination, I work 2 jobs pay twice the tax and when I want my money I get this insult. The sad part is the first time I went to cash out my check the teller deposited it (on a Friday) didn't get my money til Monday night. Now I went to a Capital one tellers and got straight generic response but if I was a person of white skin tone with blonde hair and blue eyes I bet they would've offered me coffee for the wait. I have cashed out my checks in the city but this location treated me with such disgust I am thinking of closing my accounts with them. All this because they refused to cash out my check. Sorry for using the race card but when dealing with reality that's a big factor.

D B1This branch provides terrible customer service. Unreliable schedules, they open and close the branch at will and without any notice at any time of the day and not according to posted scheduled hours. So you may find yourself walking to the branch in very cold weather only to find the branch decided to close simply because it's snowing outside. You just have to waste 15 minutes walking back home in freezing weather because the branch staff lock up the branch to stay warm inside and not provide any customer service disregarding customers who travel in bad weather. If it's snowing outside, they consider that "Inclement Weather". Absolutely Inexcusable. I still don't understand how snowing poses safety to employees inside the branch for which they need to shut down the entire branch but the ATM's area was fine and open. So it's clearly not about customer safety.

Sibelia Castro1Unfortunately today I have been racially profiled. I lost my I.d but I do have a valid nyc i.d it just has my P.O. Box , so the clerk asked me for my social number I said no, then she giving me slight Attitude. I’m just confused this has never happen to me before ,then I felt she was rushing me off. The whole encounter was just unpleasant on my behave. I love the bank been with the bank for more than 4yrs for this to happen. So please let Korrene know that common sense is very important when it comes to Customer service , when a client has a valid i.d , paying for credit cards , signature matches and for a fact I know my I.D is attached to the bank profile- why give me hard time! So Korrene should have a change of career. I’ll make sure not to go to 181st. Y lo pero es q yo se la tipa es latina igual que yo!

Josie P.3Nice place and great customer service! But I can’t stand that fact that the ATM is outside of the branch is very busy and congestion area with a very high volume of foot traffic! It’s put in vulnerable positions that anyone can steal your money! I really avoid withdrawing money from this location! Especially when I don’t feel safe!

Nasser Al-Hanna5I was dreaded to go and visit this location because it's known for it'd long lines and it'd popularity among the neighborhood but I was taken by surprise when things started speeding up just by me asking. At the end I ended up getting all my questions asked and some suggestions on what steps to take and how to manage future issues. J actually left a affirmation note to the manager about certain employee named Alejandra obakkes who was patient and patient with me in explaining my options of accounts and how to solve the issue of restrictions from the credit card department of the bank. Take note they may be the same company but the bank and credit department are two different entities that basically do not mix nor interfere with each other. Each must be handled separately and within itd own locations where the credit issues are done over the phone. Great job staff and excellent job Alejandra. I ended up opening two accounts that 36o checking and savings along side s capital.

Alberto Alarcon Lee2Try to cash a check for 5200.00 and was told by the Jessenia Casimiro (lead teller) that because of the amount and the she could not berify my id.(presented her two bank ID and my driver licence). Very umprofeccional and looks like she dpes not trust spanish people cashing large amount. I went to anothet branch in Riverdale and the cashed it no question ask.
