  Good service you can’t beat the furniture prices. Tv’s are over priced but if you can’t afford to drop 400-600 at Walmart this is the best place in town.

  This by far the worst customer service I have ever received. We waited over a year for them to replace the first couch we bought from them got the run around on it. Finally got A new one bought the loveseat to match and didn’t have it a week and it broke waited two months for them to do something about it got told the warranty we had on it doesn’t cover it had to call Ashley furniture ourselves to find out it was covered. Got the replacement loveseat had it less then eight hours and it tore up. Then set up a time for them to come look at it they call us right at the time we was to meet them and said they wasn’t coming.

  Payless in Hollister, stay away from. The one in forsyth used to be great. Not sure now. I'll never buy from payless again. Took over 2 years to get rid of bed bugs from their furniture and they wouldn't help with reimbursement of antique furniture that got ruined and we had to burn
