  I have been with Academy Bank since 2009, and have been very pleased with them until recently. I am in the process of moving my account. Until I can get everything in order just enough money will be deposited only to cover auto withdraws. I have become very disappointed with this banks online process, and how long payments are being left in pending. It does not take my new bank so long to pay transactions.

  Made a deposit for a large amount and they decided to keep it for two weeks and to not clear it until it was convenient for them. I have banked here for ten years and corporate told me they were to busy to check and see if the funds were good. I hope its worth it! Because im switching banks.

  I had the most amazing service yesterday I got the most beautiful hombre done by Ryan. Today I accidentally broke one and I got in there he fix it and it looks freaking amazing I suggest everybody go there they are the nicest and the best nail techs in the area

  Worst banking experience, I've been with them for 3 years. Everything constantly stops working(epically there atm machines) they always act like it's your fault there stuff is broken and I've been late on bills multiple times because they refuse to help me if it's getting close to closing time even when it has nothing to do with me that there stuff don't work. They do not contact there customers when they are about to upgrade or change things in the system, I've tried multiple times to be nice, but over half of them really don't even know what they are talking about. I highly suggest you bank somewhere else. I wish there was a negative amount of starts i could give them.

  The management of this location is poor to say the least. I have banked with them for a while and this branch was great until new management took over. Beware!!!!

  I have been banking with Academy going on 3 years and one employee has always stuck out to me and is always so eager to help and very knowledgeable is Tasha. She’s really got to know me! I’m so sad I’m moving cause I will miss seeing her smiley face! I just know she will go far!

  Got here to cash my paycheck at 6:00 and they are closed. I need my check cashed hours are till 7:00 not 6:00 I understand people call in ,but where is the bank manager? Is that not why there is a bank manager? It's a huge inconvenience to me. Banks are so quick to charge you for overdrawing your account, can I charge the bank the fee I now have to pay to cash my check through Walmart? Short answer is no. Also I am wasting time where I could be working and making money. So roughly 10 dollars that I am out do to this inconvenience. Thanks For going above and beyond...Not!
