  Marlene is great! She helped me out. Made me feel comfortable about doing title loan. I reccomend coming here to do title loan and if you have gold they give you the hook up.

  Nick is a rockstar!!! Initially I went to A to Z pawn which was a horrible decision because they’re basically useless there, offered me nothing, plus they have piss poor customer service to boot. So when I went to Pawn 1st I didn’t expect much to say the least. However I was pleasantly surprised when Nick provided us with extraordinary customer service and made us enjoy our entire experience. Go check them out and make sure you ask for Nick!

  Very friendly staff. my dvds and blurays I bought were in perfect condition. and the ones that were scratched they exchanged no problem! not sure what the other reviewer is talking about... clean environment and good prices. and on top of that everything is negotiable!

  This is the best pawn shop I have ever visited. Customer service is impeccable with a staff looking for different options for the customer. I highly recommend this place .

  Pawn 1st is a place I found ease when my cash flow was low and unexpected needs came up. I found that at Pawn 1st I could trust them and receive top dollar for my hard earned possessions. I knew that when I would pick up a item it would be well taken care and safe. I received the best customer service attention from all staff. Pawn 1st on 7th Ave. and Bell is like going to your community center. The employees are all very professional and welcoming. It's not like your typical dirty pawn shop. Very clean, and everything is nicely displayed. SO many great items, I could spend all day shopping in there. Pawn 1st has a dedicated customer, ME! Thank you for always being there in a time of need.
