Anne MacKoelyn1I've had a great experience with DVCU up until the merger, even through a move out of state. I maintained my account with them for over a year out of the state because of the level of service they provided. Now, I haven't received a debit card for one of my accounts, can't activate the card for my primary account, and can't get help from "customer service". They don't have answers and don't know what is going on. They tell you to call the customer service number and use broken prompts, or wait 2 business days for a response. In the meantime I have no access to my funds at the first of the month when rent and other bills are due. It may be time to find a new place to bank in my new home state. Thanks for the prompt response. However this isn't Facebook. How would you like me to contact you?

Doug Ellsworth5Shea was awesome to work with for my auto loan, i have been a long time Deer Valley member and was a bit reluctant when they merged with Copper state, however Shea went above and beyond to help me get my loan approved quickly so i could go get my new truck tonight, she was also super friendly and knowledgeable.

Judy Treon2Customer service is not what it was before the merger. They lost(?) some wonderful employees with DVCU. And the app stinks, I'm currently trying to schedule an appointment to access my safety deposit box & simply cannot do it. It just keeps 'loading'.

Mark Caldwell1I have my car loan with deer valley. I purchased a standard 2013 Dodge Charger and I still have a $6000 balance. I purchased my vehicle in 2014 for my 23rd birthday it was my first time buying a car so I was very excited. I have automatic payments set up for a small discount but it’s only .05 of a discount. When I first purchased the vehicle it all seemed fine about a week or so later I got a call from deer valley saying there has been a change, they said the sale price has been reduced so there have been some adjustments. I was very happy. What I didn’t realize is that the interested was raised. And I know it had nothing to do with my credit I’m a home owner and had a credit score of 730 or so at the time. I don’t understand why a sale price would be reduced after I purchased the vehicle. A friend explained it has something to do with their back end commission I can’t remember the details he said it’s very common. yes it was my fault for not reading the fine print. But I can’t believe how they can take advantage so careless. I wouldn’t recommend this credit union for vehicles.

Francisco Gonzalez1dislike this credit union, service is slow, tellers are slow, would not recommend it to anyone, being making car payments for almost a year, they asked me every time for all my information when they have my driver's license with them, I asked why? they said in casa something happened, you have all of information in your files, just want to make my car payment and get out, I will recommend Desert finance credit union thanks. can't wait to finish paying for my car.

Ben Lerner5I have been a member of the branch since I was probably a baby having the account started as a college savings. The staff have been great to me for over 20 years of using them myself and never done me wrong. Jim is amazing and is never allowed to retire and love the whole team!!!
