  The Salesman we had Bill West made my purchase a great experience . We had purchased a car from him before and because if his great customer service we made sure to ask for him again. We were so glad we did he is very helpful and makes sure you leave with a good feeling about your purchase. He also makes sure you know about how to use the features of your new car.

  Had a very positive experience at Midway (3 times now). Corvette trade in and Colorado purchase went very smooth...Isaiah was great, no pressure and just enjoyed chatting with the guy. Midway is light years ahead in customer experience compared to the churn and burn environment at VAN Chevrolet. They came in with a strong offer upfront offer on my trade-in Nice work Midway...great experience overall!

  Went in and got some repairs done. I had only recently purchased the car from Midway and everything was covered under warranty (which was a huge relief). Expedient service, friendly employees. Was given an accurate timeline of when things would be done, and was kept updated along the way. Was also given realistic expectations on whether it would be under warranty or not (before diagnosis had occurred). Will gladly come back if any future repairs are required. Thank you!

  Kirby and the rest of the crew went above and beyond. The level of care and service I received was amazing. They kept in contact with me 2 - 3 times a week. I stopped in a few times unannounced and they always made time for me. I appreciate the quality of the work that went into my truck. Couldn't be happier

  I was 19 when I started financing a vehicle with midway. I am now in my mid 20s with a huge lawsuit and while I do understand that a co-signer is responsible for paying if the main person isn’t able to do so, I should never have qualified. First off, at the time of signing I had a job with hardly any hours and was very shocked to learn that they would still allow me to sign knowing that it my bf at the time was unable to pay I didn’t make nearly enough to cover the payments as I was making $50 biweekly at the time. Second issue is the fact that my bf at the time who was the main signer didn’t have his license so he was never able to even drive the car. Lastly, they allowed us to drive off the lot uninsured. Horrible company, all they care about is their sales.

  I had the greatest experience yesterday!! Jesse took great care of me and got me into the car that I was looking for at the price that I wanted. Kim in finance was fast, efficient and super friendly. After having left a neighboring dealership I was pretty disenchanted, lesson learned. Midway Chevy will always be my first stop from now on. Great experience, start to finish. Wish I could give more stars.

  Had a very easy and pleasant experience. We knew what car we wanted and the staff made sure we had it in a timely manner. Michael in the finance department was extremely helpful and thorough with all of the paperwork signing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  The Midway service center does a great job. The service advisors are great, they take good care of you and your vehicle. I had my tires rotated and I got the zaktek treatment done free of charge, thanks MPP. My service tech got me a lyft home, free of charge which is nice you don't have to wait around all day. I had an issue with a tiny crack in my windshield which hadn't been noticeable. When my car got the zaktek application, the heat applied made the tiny crack spread into a medium crack. I left my advisor a voicemail, told him it grew bigger after I left. He took care of me by getting me a replacement at a discounted rate. They are going to come to my house to replace it for me, which is so convenient considering I live south of the valley. I appreciate my advisor following up about my issue and fixing the problem at a discounted rate. I would highly recommend Midway Chevy to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced.

  I have bought over 20 vehicles in my life and this is def one of the best experiences I have encountered. First off, Miguel in internet sales was awesome, when he told Me it will be a seamless and pleasant experience buying a car from Midway Chevy, I thought, sureeeee it will be..... he was not exaggerating. We had the numbers worked out on everything before I finished my morning coffee from the comfort of my living room. I made the drive down to the dealership to test drive and finalize the deal. I met with Martin, who was equally as awesome. We went for a test drive and did the initial paperwork to go to Finance... I’m still thinking to myself, where is the catch, it can not be that easy... a short time later I met with Joe in finance... Easy Peasy signed the papers and was on my way. Truly thanks guys for the great experience! I will recommend your dealership to friends and family for sure!
