  Their interest rate is twice as much than the pawn shop across, 20% vs 10%. They also don't offer as much for your item. But they are open an hour later so if you're in a bind they're the place to go.

  Stephanie we appreciate your response. We do loans on jewelry for 10% but only jewelry, we do our best to offer the most on an item, just some items we can make much off ourselves.

  Sold them my xbox, it wasn't reset. A few days later a purchase was made on that xbox account. They said it hadnt been sold, or turned on, yet somehow a purchase was made today on that account. I called miscrosoft and they confirmed it was made from that account, which is only on that xbox. They clearly are not being honest with me. There is a level of professionalism lacking, for sure. Any other pawn shop I've dealt with, would have reset it on the spot. Go to Sam's! Way better service & prices!
