  Over the years, I've needed some extra cash and Pawn King has always been a pleasant, easy place to do business. While there is a stigma to doing business with pawn brokers, you won't find it here. They are very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. Also, we all have more junk in our cellars than we need. Why not cash it in and pay off your dental bill?

  Very disappointing! I went in to buy a diamond stud earring, only to be told that they had them but were not "readily available" What does that mean? I will never go back. You lost a good. customer.

  I am sorry you feel that your experience was disappointing. You came into the store looking to purchase a single diamond stud earring, not a pair. The only diamond studs we had in the showcase were in pairs, which we do not split. My husband stopped working on a mechanical project to help you find what you were looking for. He even went back into his office to look through available inventory to see if he had anything for you. He was covered in grease and dirt from working on a generator, and still took the time to try to help you. When he didn't have anything that met your requirements in his available inventory, he offered to have you return the next day, when he had more time and was not covered in grease to help you. He told you that if you could return the next day he would go through some loose diamonds and offered to have one set for you. But at the time you came in there were no single diamond stud earrings priced or made for sale. I am sorry you feel him taking time to work with you and offering to custom make you something the next day was disappointing.
