  Superior Fence and Rail surpassed my expectations beyond what I thought was even possible. I worked with Lyle Gal on the sales side, who was extremely thorough and thoughtful in how we planned out my fence. He was also cognizant of my budget and transparent with the project costs, which was much appreciated. I, unfortunately, had to go through an extremely extensive and unexpected permitting process. Superior Fence and Rail was supposed to install my fence in October 2021. I had paid them my 50% deposit to secure the material for the job. When we found out about the unexpected permits that would be required, it ended up pushing the job back 6 months and costing me an additional $6,000 in work that was required for the permits (topographical surveys, engineering reports, etc). It is now April 2022 and we were finally able to install the fence. If I was dealing with the wrong company, I easily could have faced charges to hold material for 6+ months - Superior Fence and Rail did the opposite. Lyle worked with me a number of times on re-drawing the fence plan to comply with requirements and would answer my calls and texts any day/time given the number of questions and concerns that arose during the permitting process. They worked with me for months as the permit required engineering components and numerous compliance measures. Furthermore, they even helped me cut costs where I could given the unexpected additional costs I was facing for the permits. They made sure that whenever the permit process was finalized, completing my job would be a top priority. In terms of the actual fence, I did 6’ vinyl privacy (Hamilton style) in my backyard and 3’ and 4’ vinyl picket (Kirkwall style) in my front yard. It is beautiful - the material is top quality and each post was embedded in more concrete than the minimum recommendation. The installation team spent a lot of time with me during my walkthrough and throughout the 3 day installation, marking property lines, complying with the fence plan and generally making sure I was happy from start to finish. They left the job cleaner than before they got here, and with a beautiful, seamless fence where my dog can now enjoy his yard! I would also like to note that Kathleen Brotherton (Operations Manager/Sales) is by far the most personable and accommodating individual that I have yet to deal with on a home / renovation project. She took ownership and responsibility of my job in a way that made the entire experience something that could have easily been a nightmare with the wrong person. She went above and beyond to make my experience a great one and ensure everything turned out perfectly given 6 months of anticipation and it wouldn’t have been as enjoyable without her. Thank you so much Kathy for your work on my job, your sincerity and your care in having my fence turn out perfect! I would recommend Superior Fence and Rail to any and all looking to replace, repair or install new fencing. Their materials are top quality and relatively affordable and their efforts put forth to ensure customer satisfaction are second to none.   I had a great experience working with Superior. I used the website to contact them about replacing our old fence and was contacted shortly thereafter. They came out and conducted a survey and a cost estimate. We decided to move forward with the project, and they went above and beyond with finding the color we were hoping to have (supply chain issues). The old fence was removed, and the new was installed in a couple of days. We couldn't be happier with the results, I highly recommend them.

  I needed a fence in my front yard to cut down on traffic noise. The salesman came out to take a look, he was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable and had good recommendations for me. Price was fair. Work was scheduled quickly and the workers were wonderful hardworking nice folks. They left everything tidy when they were done. The finished fence looks great and does dampen the street noise (I ended up going with a board-on-board wood fence, as they recommended, it does do the trick). All in all a great fencing company, they know what they’re doing and they do it well. Thank you!

  They called for an estimate the day after inquiring and installed the following week. It would have been even sooner, but my wife and I ended up in the hospital having a baby! The fence was installed fast and we’re very happy with the outcome!

  The entire staff very professional . Kathleen the operation manager made all my calls pleasant , answered all my questions , very responsive , courteous and made the whole transition easy going . Lyle Gal came out to provide a quote for the fencing he very easy going was on time and did not rush me and also answered all my questions . The crew that was sent over Luis and other two workers were amazing , clean , respectful, and oh my goodness worked so fast my fence was done in two days ,I was so shocked and happy now I can have my privacy in my own home outside / The work came out amazing and I respect the fact that there was a female worker and she did the work equally as them men Kudos to them ! I most definitely recommend this company

  Superior Fence and Rail worked tirelessly to find 10 panels of wood stockade fence to provide privacy from an unruly, unbearable neighbor. The job was performed quickly and efficiently. The team that installed my fence was a pleasure to have on my property. A++++++
